The Over the Mountain Studio Tour (OTMST) is an annual tour of a number of artisans in their studios, held on the second weekend of November.
Located throughout Jefferson County, in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, the tour is only 1 1/2 hours west of Washington DC and Baltimore. For additional information, check out the website
